Elrond

This costume is of Elrond Halfelven, Lord of Rivendell. To say much more in introduction seems silly, since anyone familiar with Lord of the Rings at all should know who he is.

The white shirt is actually embroidered, but with white floss. So it really only show up in a close up. I must be crazy to put so many hours into hand embroidering to crate such a subtle effect. The belt is macrame coached down for stability. The actually a very dark blue crepe-backed satin.

I only wish the wig had turned out better. That's what I get for buying cheep wigs. Anyone out there who makes costumes: invest in good wigs, they really do compleat a costume.
